George’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2000 when he founded Universal Pest & Termite at the age of 19. Starting by going door-to-door selling pest control services, he built a loyal customer base, many of whom remain with the company to this day. Over the years, George expanded his services to include Universal Duct Cleaning and Universal Insulation Doctor, forming a comprehensive approach to home health and comfort.

Universal Insulation Doctor is truly a family affair. George works alongside his brother Shawn, daughter Brittany, and son-in-law Tanner, as well as a dedicated team of 27 employees.
